Reports of a large linear-actuator order linked to Tesla Optimus were publicly denied by Sanhua and have not been confirmed by Tesla.

Sanhua built its industrial foundation as a thermal-management components supplier to the automotive sector, including Tesla's electric-vehicle production lines, giving it proven high-volume manufacturing capabilities and an existing relationship with one of the most prominent humanoid robot programs. The company has expanded into robotics by developing joint-module and linear-actuator assemblies suited to humanoid platforms, with robotics revenue reported to have grown strongly in 2025. Speculation about a major linear-actuator supply arrangement with Tesla Optimus circulated widely in financial media, but Sanhua publicly denied the reports and Tesla has made no confirming statement — investors and analysts should treat the Optimus supply link as unconfirmed. Nonetheless, Sanhua's manufacturing scale, automotive quality systems, and active robotics product development make it a credible participant in the broader humanoid component supply chain.
